Thanks for dropping by. My Name is Shawnna Taylor and I’m a photographer. I love to capture the beauty that surrounds me each and every day. Sometimes we get so busy with our day-to-day lives we forget to enjoy what surrounds us.
I shoot with an artistic element that turns the ordinary into the unordinary. I try not not use digital software to change an image, generally what you see is the image I captured with the exception of minor color or exposure adjustments.
Though lately I have been experimenting with different editing techniques.
The world through the eyes of a photographer is wonderful. It’s never just a photograph it’s a work of art. It’s a glimpse at what we look at every day through a different lens, a different perspective. As a photographer my hope is to make you think, make you ponder, even make you fall in love with a particular image
Discover what happens when a horse becomes more than just a horse, when a building suddenly becomes a geometric brainteaser, when a landscape takes your breath away, or when the pure joy of a dog is captured in just one glimpse.
I’ve done my job as a photographer when I make you smile, make you laugh, make you gasp, even occasionally take your breath away. I strive to show you the world through another lens, to show you things aren’t always as they may seem, and most of all to bring a little enjoyment into your day.
